Hazmat crews were called to the Southwest Pickling plant in Durant, OK on Monday morning. An employee called authorities to report a chemical spill on the property. Two thousand gallons of sulfuric acid was spilled after a valve ruptured. No injuries were reported. Crews from Ardmore and McAlester were brought in to help with the cleanup.
