FRA announced its plan to prepare an Environmental Impact Report for the Link Union Station Project with the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority. Interested parties may submit comments to FRA until June 30, 2016. A public scoping meeting is currently scheduled for June 2, 2016.
