EPA announced on Wednesday that it has reached an RCRA Section 3008 Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) with TForce Freight, Inc.
The company was given 36 months to ensure all locations are in compliance with state and federal regulations. Additionally, the company will pay $860,400 in civil penalties.
