EPA and UPS have reached a settlement regarding hazardous waste violations at 1,160 locations across 45 states and Puerto Rico. UPS has agreed to pay a $5.3 million civil penalty and will fix the issues that lead to the violations. The agreement will allow UPS 3 years to become fully compliant.
