A Norfolk Southern freight train derailed on an overpass in Sandusky, OH on Saturday evening. Ten of the 101 railcars derailed. Several cars fell off the overpass onto Columbus Ave. Local residents were left without power following the derailment. Several roads were closed while crews cleaned up the area. The train was hauling paraffin wax and had no hazardous materials on board at the time of the derailment.
