The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration has issued an advisory bulletin to inform owners and operators of natural gas distribution pipelines about the consequences of failures of inside meters and regulators.
Additionally, PHMSA wants to remind operators of the existing regulations regarding the installation and maintenance of the meters and regulators.
