In an effort to reduce the risk of railroad employees, contractors, and the general public from contracting and/or spreading COVID-19, the Federal Railroad Administration has issued a Safety Advisory.
The purpose of the Safety Advisory is to encourage everyone to follow all guidelines and best practices identified in the President’s Coronavirus Guidelines for America—30 Days to Slow the Spread of Coronavirus (COVID–19), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) COVID– 19 guidelines, and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA) Guidance on Preparing Workplaces for COVID–19.
