The Chemical Safety and Hazard Investigation Board has issued a proposed rulemaking that outlines when an owner or operator is required to report an accidental release and what information must be in the report. The purpose of the NPRM is to ensure CSB will receive accurate and prompt reports in the event of an accidental release.
Interested parties may submit comments until January 13, 2020. All comments must include the agency name and docket number.
