October 11, 2019: (NPRM) Significant New Use Rules on Certain Chemical Substances (19–3.F)

The Environmental Protection Agency has proposed significant new use rules under the Toxic Substances Control Act for 31 chemical substances which were the subject of premanufacture notices.
The new rules would require anyone intending to manufacture or process any of the chemicals to notify the EPA no less than 90 days prior to commencing that activity. Interested parties may submit comments on the proposal until November 12, 2019.
