A CSX train derailed near Shenandoah Junction, WV. No injuries were reported. Although it is believed that the train was carrying hazardous materials, the nine flat cars involved in the derailment were empty.
The cause of the derailment is still under investigation. Connector and Golf Course roads are closed to traffic until CSX officials develop a plan to recover the derailed cars.
