The American Short Line and Regional Railroad Association (ASLRRA) has requested a waiver of compliance from 49 U.S.C. 21103(a)(4), which requires train employees to be given 48 hours off duty after being on duty for 6 consecutive days. ASLRRA is seeking to add three member railroads that had not participated in the original waiver.
