The Federal Railroad Administration issued a notification of determination regarding the minimum annual drug and alcohol testing rates for covered employees and maintenance of way employees for 2019.
The minimum annual testing rates for covered service employees will remain at 25% for drugs and 10% for alcohol. The minimum annual testing for Maintenance of Way employees will remain at 50% for drugs and 25% for alcohol. This determination will be effective as of December 28, 2018.
