The 2018 edition of the International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code (IMDG) will contain a number of changes to the regulations that will become effective in the coming year.
Some of the changes will include the term “risk” being replaced with “hazards”, 18 new segregation groups were added, several chapters have been amended or overhauled to include new entries, UN numbers and labels.
