The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration will be hosting two public meetings on November 13, 2018. The first meeting will be held from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm and will be led by PHMSA. The second meeting will be held from 1:00 pm – 4: 00 pm and will be led by OSHA. The purpose of the PHMSA led public meeting is to discuss potential new work items that may be included in the agenda for the 54th session of the United Nations Subcommittee of Experts on the Transport of Dangerous Goods. The OSHA led meeting will discuss proposals for the 36th session of the United Nations Subcommittee of Experts on the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals.
Both meetings will be held at the Department of Transportation Headquarters in Washington, D.C. Interested parties are asked to pre-register for the meetings.
