FRA and the Maryland Department of Transportation are planning to prepare an environmental impact statement on the Baltimore-Washington Superconduction Magnetic Levitation Project. The purpose of the project is to build a high-speed train system that would run between Baltimore, MD and Washington DC, with an intermediate stop at BWI Airport. Interested parties may submit comments until December 27, 2016.
