Norfolk Southern Corporation submitted a request to amend its currently approved waiver of compliance to permit an expansion of territory to be used during the nonstop continuous rail testing process. The testing began on July 1, 2016 and is expected to be completed on July 1, 2018.
Interested parties may submit comments until October 3, 2016.
