June 21, 2016: Notice of Intent To Grant a Buy America Waiver to the City of Sacramento,California, Department of Public Works

The City of Sacramento, California, Department of Public Works (Sacramento) submitted a waiver request to FRA regarding the Buy America requirement to use Walton Cirrus Original Brown #3665 in the Sacramento Valley Station. FRA will be granting the waiver request. Interested parties may submit comments until June 28, 2016.
