The Online CFR is a web based application that gives users access to numerous aspects of the Hazardous Materials Regulations. PHMSA has released a new beta version of the online CFR. Features of this version include the ability to search sections of the HMR, interpretations issued on specific sections, rulemakings that affect the section, special permits and approvals issued referencing the section and enforcement actions. A Quick Reference Guide is available to provide users with search guides and gives an overview of the application.
