PHMSA has issued a guidance clarification notice for firework manufacturers that will be effective as of April 19, 2016. In an effort to reduce the processing time of approval requests manufacturers are asked to include electronic contact information. The notice also informs manufacturers that provided they meet the criteria they may have more than one U.S. Designated Agent.
