The Office of Hazardous Materials Safety has received several applications requesting modification of special permits. A complete list of such applications has been published in the Federal Register. Under the “Nature of Application” section the mode of transportation can be identified using the following numbers:
1 – Motor Vehicles
2 – Rail Freight
3 – Cargo – Vessel
4 – Cargo – Aircraft Only
5. Passenger – Carrying Aircraft
Comments will be accepted in writing until October 13, 2015.
