PHMSA published a notice in the Federal Register on February 4, 2015 requesting comments on an information collection, Transportation of Hazardous Liquids by Pipeline: Recordkeeping and Accident Reporting, that will expire on July 31, 2015. The original comment period was 60 days. PHMSA received no comments concerning the information collection during that time period. As a result, PHMSA has published this notice to extend the comment period an additional 30 days. Anyone interested in submitting comments must do so no later than May 29, 2015.
