December 14, 2020: (FR) State Highway-Rail Grade Crossing Action Plans

The Federal Railroad Administration issued a final rule that will require 40 states and the District of Columbia to develop and implement highway-rail grade crossing action plans. The final rule will be effective as of January 13, 2021.
