December 21, 2020: Hazardous Materials: (FR)(HM-260A) Editorial Corrections and Clarifications

The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration has issued a final rule that corrects editorial errors in parts of the Hazardous Materials Regulations and PHMSA program and procedural regulations. The purpose of this final rule is to enhance the accuracy and reduce misunderstandings of the regulations. This rule will be effective January 20, 2021.
