October 28, 2020: Train Derailment Damages I-94 Bridge in Dearborn, MI

Michigan State Police were called to a derailment on the bridge over I-94 in Dearborn, MI near Wyoming early this morning. Troopers said they could see a flat car hanging over the exit lanes to Michigan and Wyoming. The derailment has damaged part of the bridge.
Both the eastbound and westbound lanes will be closed while authorities assess the scene. There were no injuries reported and the cause of the derailment is under investigation.
