A CSX freight train derailed in East Chicago, Indiana on Wednesday evening. Approximately 18 tanker cars carrying crude oil derailed on the 4600 block of Elucid Ave. Hazmat crews were called to the scene but officials said no leaks were reported. The cause of the derailment is currently under investigation.
