The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration is requesting comments on a petition submitted by Washington Trucking Associations.
The petition is requesting a determination that Washington’s MRB rules are preempted by Federal law. Interested parties may submit comments until November 8, 2019. All comments must include the Agency name and docket number.
