July 9, 2019: Hazardous Materials: Notice of Availability of the Draft Environmental Assessment for a Special Permit Request for Liquefied Natural Gas by Rail

The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration has extended the comment period on the public review for the draft environmental assessment for special permit request to transport liquified natural gas by rail.
Interested parties may submit comments until August 7, 2019. All comments must reference the docket number and agency name.
