The Federal Motor Carriers Safety Administration has amended the April 9, 2018 Notice of Final Disposition that granted NTTC and MMTA limited exemption from the 30-minute rest break requirement for commercial drivers if they are transporting specified fuels.
The original notice unintentionally left propane gas off of the list of qualifying fuels. This notice corrects the oversight and will be effective from April 9, 2018 until April 10, 2023.
