July 7, 2020: (FR) Modernizing Ignitable Liquids Determinations

The Environmental Protection Agency  has finalized the updates to the regulations for identifying ignitable hazardous waste under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA).
The updates are intended to provide greater clarity to hazardous waste identification, improve environmental compliance, and provide more flexibility when it comes to the testing requirements. The final rule will be effective as of September 8, 2020.
