June 9, 2020: Request for Information on Safety Devices

PHMSA is developing a national policy regarding safety devices (UN0503 and UN3268). The agency is currently requesting information or data from stakeholders on classification, testing, and conditions for transportation of these devices requesting approval to be classified as safety devices.
Interested parties may submit comments until August 10, 2020. All comments must include the docket number.
