August 6, 2019: (NPRM)(HM-219B) Response to an Industry Petition To Reduce Regulatory Burden for Cylinder Requalification Requirements

The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration is proposing some revisions to the requalification period for DOT 4-series specification cylinders in non-corrosive gas service. The proposed rulemaking will address regulatory relief and reducing the costs associated with requalification.
Interested parties may submit comments until October 7, 2019.
