February 15, 2019: (FR)(HM-209A) Revisions to Hazardous Materials Grants Requirements (FAST Act)

PHMSA has revised a portion of the Hazardous Materials Regulations as it pertains the Hazardous Materials Grants Program and Hazardous Materials Emergency Preparedness Grant.
This final rule will implement new requirements set forth in the Fixing America’s Surface Transportation Act of 2015 and will align with OMB’s Uniform Administration Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards. The rule will be effective as of February 14, 2019.
