PHMSA and FRA issued a notice to the public informing them of the four systems that were added to the thermal protection systems list following the most recent publication. The systems on the list are compliant and acceptable for use on DOT specification tank cars.
Interested parties may submit comments or updates on the notice until September 4, 2018.
