CSX has been ordered to pay 3.3 million to a former employee that was injured on the job in 2014. Bruce H. Workman was a remote control operator in Russell, Kentucky when his hand was crushed between a rail car that he was riding on the side of and its load. According to his attorney, Mr. Workman was hanging by his had for an hour before he was found and helped.
