March 22, 2018: Request for Information on Regulatory Challenges to Safely Transporting Hazardous Materials by Surface Modes in an Automated Vehicle Environment

PHMSA is seeking comments and information on the development and possible use of automated technologies for surface modes in transporting hazardous materials.
Interested parties are asked to provide information on factors the agency should be considering to ensure hazardous materials continue to be safely transported. Comments will be accepted until May 7, 2018.
