The Minnesota Department of Transportation and the Olmsted County Regional Railroad Authority has issued a notice to FRA announcing that due to public funding constraints the plans to prepare a Tier One Environmental Impact Statement for Rochester-Twin Cities Passenger Rail Corridor Investment Plan have been rescinded.
