PHMSA has released a list of special permit applications that have been delayed 180 days or more. The key reasons for the delays are waiting for applicants to provide additional information, public comments currently being reviewed, extensive analysis being performed on applications that are technically complex and will have significant impact or precedent setting results, review of applications being delayed due to priority issues.
