The Office of Hazardous Materials Safety received numerous applications for new special permits and modifications to existing special permits.
Interested parties may submit comments on any of the applications for actions on special permits until September 13, 2021. Those interested in submitting comments on any of the applications for modification of existing permits may do so until August 27, 2021. Comments on the applications for new special permits must be submitted by September 13, 2021.
All comments must include the application number and be submitted in triplicate.
