According to The Murfreesboro Fire Rescue Department, a freight train carrying propane derailed on General Mills Drive in Murfreesboro, TN.
Only two of the tank cars carrying propane overturned. A thorough inspection of the cars was performed by MFRD’s Hazmat team and CSX employees.
It was determined that there were no leaks or spills. There were no injuries reported and no immediate danger for the local residents.
