October 30, 2020: (FR)(HM-219B) Response to Industry Petition to Reduce Regulatory Burden for Cylinder Requalification Requirements

In response to a petition for rulemaking that was filed by the National Propane Gas Association (NPGA), PHMSA has issued a final rule that will amend the requirements for requalification periods on some DOT 4-series specification cylinders in non-corrosive gas service. This final rule will be effective as of November 30, 2020.
