CSX is investigating a seven car derailment in Harpers Ferry, WV. The train was traveling eastbound when the derailment occurred around 2:30 in the morning on Saturday. Two of the seven cars that derailed fell into the Potomac River. There were no hazardous materials on board and no injuries were reported. The cause of the derailment is still under investigation.
