The Environmental Protection Agency will be holding a public meeting on December 14, 2016 to provide the public with information on changes to the New Chemicals Review Program. Topics to be discussed during the meeting include the review process for new chemicals under the amended statute and any issues, challenges, or opportunities the agency has identified during the first few months since the changes were implemented. The public will also have an opportunity to voice any concerns or discuss their experiences with the new program at that time.
Interested parties must submit a request to participate in the meeting by December 13, 2016.
