Maryland Transit Administration submitted a request for special approval for an alternative maintenance standard on single car air brake testing. MTA believes the alternative standard will provide an equivalent level of safety.
FRA does not anticipate scheduling a public meeting on this petition. Interested parties may submit comments until September 9, 2016.
