The Office of Hazardous Materials Safety received several applications for special permits. As the sections affected, modes of transportation and nature of the applications were published previously in the Federal Register this notice has been abbreviated. Applications for special permit modification will be identified with the suffix “M” so they can be separated from new applications.
A list of both new and modified special permit applications is provided in the Federal Register.
